A 4 tiered cheese cake featuring Teifi Cheese and Perl Wen. Serves approximately 90 people as part of a buffet or 150 after dinner*. Made with our own organic raw milk cheese and our friends at Caws Cenarth’s Perl Wen, you can choose your flavour for the 3rd and 4th layers of cheese. Options for the Caerphilly are plain or smoked and for the Teifi are Plain, Nettle, Seaweed, Sweet Pepper, Onion & Garlic or Cumin Teifi.
