A lovely 4 tiered Caws Teifi cake that serves approximately 100 people as part of a buffet or 160 after dinner*. Made completely from our own organic raw milk cheese you can choose your flavour for the 3rd layer of cheese. Options are Plain, Nettle, Seaweed, Sweet Pepper, Onion & Garlic or Cumin Teifi.
