A 5 tiered cheese cake featuring our organic, raw milk Teifi Cheese, Perl Wen and Hafod organic cheddar. Serves approximately 160 people as part of a buffet or 260 after dinner*. You can choose your flavour for the 4th layer of cheese. Options are Plain, Nettle, Seaweed, Sweet Pepper, Onion & Garlic or Cumin Teifi.
