A 5 tiered Caws Teifi cake that serves approximately 165 people as part of a buffet or 275 after dinner*. Made completely from our own organic raw milk cheese you can choose your flavours for the Caerphilly and 6kg Teifi. Options for the Caerphilly are plain or smoked and for the Teifi are Plain, Nettle, Seaweed, Sweet Pepper, Onion & Garlic or Cumin Teifi.
