A 5 tiered cheese cake featuring Teifi Cheese and Colston Basset Stilton. Serves approximately 160 people as part of a buffet or 270 after dinner*. Made with our own organic raw milk cheese and some lovely Colston Bassett Stilton. You can choose your flavour for the 4th layer of cheese. Options are Plain, Nettle, Seaweed, Sweet Pepper, Onion & Garlic or Cumin Teifi.
