Organic Halloumi
In the 1990’s we sold our organic Halloumi exclusively at local Farmers’ Markets in Wales. Our production increased after collaborating with Shambala music festival in 2016 who decided that they only wanted to offer organic dairy products.
As we make it at least twice a week, it is always fresh, and this has not gone unnoticed by judges at the various cheese awards we have entered over the past few years.
Most recently we have won stars at the Great Taste Awards: 1 in 2019, 2 in 2020 and the most coveted 3 stars in 2021.
Great served grilled, fried, barbecued or baked.
For every kilo of organic Halloumi sold we donate 10p to the Welsh Wildlife Centre in Cilgerran.
Suitable for vegetarians.
